Atelier of Liturgical Vestments
Garments Cut for the Altar.
Each chasuble is sewn by hand from brocade, damask, and silk, in the colour the calendar of the Church requires — violet for penitence, red for the blood of the martyrs, green for the long ordinary weeks.

The colour of a vestment is fixed by the season, not by preference. Choose the season you are vesting for, and see what is proper to it.

The Atelier
Vestiarium was founded by vestment-makers trained in the old sacristy workshops, where a chasuble was cut to the priest who would wear it and not the other way round. We still work that way: every order is made to measure, not pulled from a stock rack.
